Welcome
Whatever you’re going through, you don’t have to go it alone. Therapy can help. I offer a confidential, non-judgemental space in which you can express and explore what you’ve been experiencing. By developing a deeper understanding of what’s going on for you, we can open up possibilities for change and a better quality of life.
As an integrative psychotherapist and counsellor, I draw on a range of different theories to provide a therapeutic approach that is uniquely suited to your needs. Given the person-centred foundation of my training, empathy, genuineness and non-judgemental acceptance are cornerstones of my work. I also draw on psychodynamic therapy, Gestalt psychotherapy, attachment theory, art therapy, existential therapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) and more.
It can feel daunting to start therapy, but the fact that you are reading this suggests that a part of you wants help. I encourage you to try one session. That will allow us to meet and get a sense of whether we could work well together. We can look at any fears or reservations you may have and work at a pace that feels comfortable to you.
